As a design-build project, the scope included clearing the wooded site, installing infrastructure and utilities, constructing the core and shell building, and completing the interior fit-out, as well as parking, sidewalks, landscaped walking trails, and a detention pond. The single-story steel structure features a durable stone, brick, and stucco exterior with rooftop solar panels, while the interior blends private offices and opens workstations.
