We are proud to announce that we are continuing our partnership with Pearl River Company with the Wellness Collective building at Sendero. The Wellness Collective Building will be a total of 40,840 SF on Sendero’s 75-acre mixed-use development. Wellness will settle at 2.75 acres, accompanied by 5 acres of surrounding public greenspace, and 186 parking spots. The storefronts are centered around health and wellness and ultimately designed to embrace the community of Bastrop.
