Castle Biosciences is an 86,000 SF Class-A office building designed as a dynamic corporate campus. This four-story project features a pond, outdoor seating areas, and two walking trails throughout the property for employees and visitors to enjoy. Tramonte Design Studio provided the master planning, architecture, and interior design for the 2-acre site, creating a cohesive and expansive workplace environment. As you step inside, the workplace immediately reflects a balance of functionality and collaboration. The lower level features a marble-clad lobby and an employee fitness center, while the upper floors house the company’s corporate offices. Entering the office space, guests are welcomed by a reception area with comfortable lounge seating. Just beyond the reception desk is one of the primary conference rooms, where the Castle Biosciences signature blue begins to emerge as a defining design element. This accent color continues throughout the workspace, from conference areas to workstations, creating a strong sense of brand identity and cohesion. On the fourth floor, employees are welcomed into a 48-seat training center designed for flexibility and engagement. Operable partitions allow the space to open directly into the adjacent kitchen, creating opportunities for larger gatherings and events. Just outside the training center is an expansive terrace designed for outdoor collaboration and informal gathering. Wrapping around half of the top floor, the terrace encourages employees to take their work outside or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole on a beautiful day.
