In collaboration with Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, TDS revitalized a 1955 building with a modern approach, incorporating materials like Kebony wood and glazed ceramic tiles. Updated landscaping breathed new life into the 80,000 SF Southside Commons, which has housed various businesses and services since 2018.
