University Lands’ new headquarters in City Centre 5 was a fast-tracked, first-generation buildout, completed ahead of schedule to align with the base building’s timeline. The design centers around a striking band wheel assembly from a 1930s West Texas oil field, serving as the focal point of the entry and reception. Warm wood tones extend throughout the space, complemented by custom walnut ceiling and wall panels, natural stone finishes, and glass office fronts that maximize natural light. The result is a sophisticated yet inviting workspace that seamlessly blends history with modern functionality.
