Modisoft’s new Class A headquarters is a 40,500 SF glass-clad office building in Sugar Land, reflecting the company’s growth since its founding in 2006. The top two floors, totaling 21,750 SF, house over 100 employees with modern amenities including a lounge, client-focused Hive, conference rooms, and a collaborative marketing hub. Designed for innovation, the office supports software development, research, training, and product testing, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows, sit-to-stand desks, flexible furniture, and fully equipped conference rooms. A rooftop deck crowns the building, further emphasizing openness and collaboration. The bottom two floors provide 18,250 SF of build-to-suit office space, offering tenants customizable interiors to meet their business needs.
