Palace Social is in the heart of Southside Commons, a revitalized development where TDS provided architectural services to expand and modernize the existing structure. Our work transformed a beloved neighborhood bowling alley into a dynamic hub featuring offices, retail, and restaurant spaces. Palace Social pays homage to the original palace bowling lanes, embracing nostalgia while introducing a fresh, vibrant experience. In collaboration with Gin Design Group, we reimagined this space as a lively destination where all ages can come together for entertainment and lasting memories.
